Piano Voice Tuition Location About Me Application

Piano lessons are offered for students age 7-Adult. I use Alfred Publishing materials which incorporate music theory, technical skills, age-appropriate pieces, and recital material. This progressive method allows the student to begin lessons at any stage: early beginner, later beginner, and adult.

Voice lessons are offered for students age 13-Adult. Voice lessons are taught in a classical style, creating a foundation of vocal tone using vocal exercises and techniques as well as a repertoire of music that includes Italian Songs and Arias, American folk songs, art songs, broadway, and selections from various operas, operettas, and cantatas. Voice coaching is also available by appointment. Voice coaching is excellent for those involved in one-time events, such as a school musical or vocal competition.

Lesson fees are $20 per half hour weekly session. Lesson fees are billed on a monthly basis and payment is due on the first lesson of every month. Lessons not paid for by the second week of the month will be suspended until payment is made. The student will be notified well in advance of any change in lesson fees.Voice coaching is available at a rate of $35 per hour session and payment is due at the end of each session.

Lessons are held in my home studio at 281 Dailey Ave., Anchorage.
